腺苷对缺血再灌注损伤时的保护作用——抗脂质过氧化

摘要：

为了探讨腺苷在缺血再灌注损伤中的作用,在大鼠四血管结扎缺血再灌注模型上,用硫代巴比妥酸显色法和化学发光法测定了脑组织的丙二醛（MDA）含量和超氧化物歧化酶(SOD活性,观察了腺苷A1受体激动剂CHA（cyclohexyladenosine）的影响。结果显示:CHA可以降低缺血再灌注时脑组织中MDA的含量,但对SOD活性没有明显影响。提示腺苷可以抑制自由基的产生,对缺血再灌注损伤具有保护作用。
