提升合作研发绩效的组织措施

摘要：

可以采取3种措施来提高合作研发绩效:第一种思路是选择“好”的合作伙伴,解决逆向选择问题;第二种思路是采用“好”的组织模式,鼓励成员向合作研发组织贡献自己专有知识和防范机会主义行为;第三种思路是设计“好”的组织机制,减少所谓的“败德行为”。由于成员之间的合作关系是动态的,为了提高合作研发组织绩效,需要就这些动态合作关系进行深入研究。
