摘要
<正>脑的可塑性(plasticity)是指神经的修饰能力,这种修饰能力是短期功能改变和长期结构改变的连续统一体。病灶周围突触的长时程增强,存活的神经元纤维组织发芽,在卒中后数周内形成新的突触。一侧大脑半球卒中的患者,功能重组改变了初级感觉和运动皮质在大脑半球间的对称性。有学者利用健侧大脑半球作对照,
