摘要：

IT治理机制是企业IT治理的重要内容,有效的IT治理机制促进了业务与IT协同,从而实现了IT价值。在文献回顾基础上,提出中国企业的IT治理机制"结构—流程—关系"三要素模型。通过案例研究确认了中国企业16个IT治理机制。通过大样本问卷调研,对上述IT治理机制的有效性和实施难易程度进行了实证研究,并与西方企业进行了对比分析。
