摘要：

当前我国经济发展逐步由"要素推动"转向"创新推动",中小企业是创新的主体,资金是企业创新活动中最具决定性的投入要素之一,合理有效的融资模式可以为企业创新提供融资渠道,提高资金投资效率。本文从金融发展角度对融资模式与企业创新的作用机理进行了深入探析,并比较了传统融资模式与互联网融资模式对企业创新的影响,实证结果显示互联网融资模式受政策、平台性质、行业、地区的影响较大,不过更有利于拓宽中小企业的融资渠道,提高匹配效率。
