依达拉奉联合重组组织型纤溶酶原激活剂治疗急性脑梗死的疗效观察

摘要：

目的观察依达拉奉联合重组组织型纤溶酶原激活剂(rt-PA)治疗急性脑梗死的临床疗效及安全性。方法对52例符合纳入标准发病6h内的急性脑梗死病人,随机分为治疗组(26例)和对照组(26例)。常规治疗的同时,治疗组给予依达拉奉联合rt-PA治疗,对照组给予rt-PA治疗。以欧洲脑梗死临床神经缺损评分标准(ESS)和日常生活能力指数(BI)进行疗效判定。结果治疗后7、14、21d的ESS评分,治疗组明显高于对照组,3个月后治疗组的总有效率(84.6%)明显优于对照组(61.5%)(P<0.05)。治疗组与对照组出凝血检查和不良反应比较,其差异性无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论依达拉奉联合rt-PA治疗急性脑梗死是安全有效的,能显著改善患者的预后。
