摘要：

国际舆论界有关中国与世界发展的近期论述聚焦于中美经济纽带,其中有新自由主义的"全球失衡"论和批判性文献的"双重依赖"论,前者认为中国融入世界市场的方式有损于发达国家的经济发展,后者认为受损的其实是不发达国家以及中国本身,两者因此提出大相径庭的政策主张以达到改变这个纽带的目标。本文试图澄清这两类论调在分析意义上的有效性,进而评价它们的引申政策的合理性,并探讨是否有可能建构更符合现实和更加合理的政策指引。
