摘要
<正>近年来研究表明,脑出血(intracerebral hemorrhage,ICH)后脑损伤不仅是由于血肿的占位效应及血肿对周围脑组织的直接破坏,继发性脑损伤也是出血后脑损伤的主要原因。细胞凋亡在脑出血后继发性脑损伤中起着重要作用。本文主要就脑出血后继发性脑损伤细胞凋亡机制的研究进展作一综述。
