高血压患者脑结构/功能改变及其与认知功能障碍关系的研究进展

摘要：

近年来,高血压发病率呈逐年升高趋势,严重影响患者生活质量。长期高血压可导致颅内血管发生病理改变,包括动脉粥样硬化、透明样变性、纤维素样坏死等,继而造成管腔狭窄或闭塞、神经元血氧供应不足,导致神经元变性坏死、髓鞘脱失等。神经元损伤进一步加重会引起脑结构/功能变化,如脑萎缩(尤其是海马及前额叶)、白质疏松及执行功能、信息处理速度、注意力和记忆力损伤等认知功能障碍。
