摘要：

目的　研究上海市的疾病负担。方法　以伤残调整生命年DALY为疾病负担的测量单位。结果　在上海市人群的健康研究中首次引入了DALY指标体系 ,并对上海市的疾病负担值进行了综合性测量。结论　上海市的疾病模式非常接近欧美等发达国家 ,精神疾患等非致死性疾病在疾病负担中占据重要地位
