摘要：

本文从宏观上构造了中国健康生产函数并对其进行检验。健康生产函数的单因素分析表明,人均GDP对健康的贡献有限,表现出很强的时滞性和对其他变量的依赖性。全因素分析表明,改革开放后,健康的影响因素发生了深刻的变化:(1)经济因素对健康具有促进作用;(2)社会因素中,城市化率提高促进了健康的改善,女性比例的提高反而降低了健康水平;(3)卫生因素中,医生和门诊的增加引起健康水平总体下降,而病床数起到了改善健康的作用,疾病预防对健康正贡献的时滞性减弱;(4)教育因素对健康的促进作用明显;(5)生活因素对健康表现出一定的负贡献。
