摘要：

近年来,多学科交叉和融合研究已经成为学术界的主流研究方向之一。就财务学而言,女性高管对公司财务行为、公司价值等方面的影响研究就是财务学与其他学科交叉和融合研究领域之一。基于此,本文系统回顾和梳理了女性高管的度量、女性高管存在的影响因素、女性高管对公司财务行为的影响以及女性高管对公司价值的影响等四大热点问题,并指出了该领域的进一步研究方向。
