摘要
吴茱萸碱是一种天然存在的吲哚生物碱,也是中药吴茱萸的主要生物学活性成分。当提及吴茱萸碱的药理学活性时人们往往关注其在肿瘤、肥胖、疼痛、炎症、心血管疾病、阿尔茨海默病、感染性疾病等方面的功效。如今吴茱萸碱已被发现对多种蛋白有较好的结合能力,因此可作为多靶点化合物发挥多种生物学活性。该文主要对吴茱萸碱生物学活性的研究进展进行综述,同时也对吴茱萸碱药动学及其与靶点相互作用方面进行讨论,以期对未来多靶点药物设计提供理论依据。
