摘要：

技术创新一直以来是一个全球性的热门话题,而哪些因素影响了技术创新的投入决策也引起了越来越多国内外学者的关注。在梳理国内外现有文献的基础上,从政府行为、企业行为、管理人行为三个主题对国内外哪些有关因素影响了技术创新投入的相关文献进行归纳总结,并深入比较了国内外学者研究的异同点和各自的研究背景。在深入剖析现有文献的基础之上,分析了当前文献存在的一些不足之处,并探讨了未来的研究发展方向。
