摘要：

在我国老龄化趋势日益加速的情况下,脑卒中的危害日益突出,对脑卒中的预防已经成为卫生工作的重要课题之一,也越来越引起国内外医学界特别是神经科学界的重视,而抗血小板药物是预防脑卒中的重要手段之一。本文对抗血小板药物在缺血性脑卒中的应用进展进行综述。
