摘要：

随着人工智能广泛应用于各个领域,自动驾驶技术得到了长足发展,自动驾驶汽车的商用化也渐成趋势,自动驾驶的伦理、法律与社会问题的研究也开始出现。相关研究关注的核心问题包括:AI系统"道德算法"预设问题;制造商、乘客、行人、监管部门、汽车自身的责任分担问题;现行监管政策的挑战应对问题。本文在梳理核心问题的基础上,主要考察了自动驾驶汽车的伦理规范、法律责任和监管政策三个方面的研究状况。
