网络嵌入性与技术创新:间接联系及联盟多样性如何影响企业技术创新

摘要：

关注战略联盟网络中,间接联盟关系及联盟类型多样性对技术创新数量和质量是否存在差异化影响。以网络理论和技术创新理论为基础,基于USPTO专利数据库、Recap联盟数据库和Compustat上市企业数据库,使用泊松回归对假设进行验证,研究发现:企业间接联系增加仅对创新质量有负向影响;企业联盟类型多样性增加对创新数量和创新质量都具有正向影响。
