摘要：

近年来,新型旅游利基市场不断涌现,医疗旅游就是其中的一支。本文在分析相关文献的基础上,结合国际医疗旅游产业发展,从国际医疗旅游基本理论构架、国际医疗旅游客流、国际医疗旅游对利益相关者的贡献及其参与度、国际医疗旅游对社会资源的依赖与发展争议4个方面梳理了国际医疗旅游产业的发展状况,认为医疗旅游具有自身独特的发展优势,但我国目前的医疗旅游产业发展非常初级,远没有触及该产业的核心。最后,文章结合国际发展经验,提出了我国发展医疗旅游的若干措施。
