企业技术知识基础多元度对创新绩效的影响——基于中国电子信息企业的实证分析

摘要：

基于54家中国电子信息企业2001年至2011年的数据,利用面板数据模型,研究了企业技术知识基础多元度与创新绩效之间的关系,并考察了企业知识吸收能力对二者间关系的影响。研究发现企业技术知识基础相关多元度与技术创新绩效正相关;而技术知识基础非相关多元度与企业技术创新绩效间呈倒U型关系。同时,企业吸收能力对技术知识基础多元度与企业技术创新绩效之间的关系有显著的调节作用。
