摘要：

金融人才国际化是当代全球城市和金融中心崛起的重要条件和标志。上海应以开放创新打通金融市场的"本土化"和"国际化"藩篱,充分利用我国国际影响力提升以及改革开放红利,推动上海金融人才国际化进程,并注重内部金融环境治理,积极构建比较优势,充分发挥其在上海国际金融中心建设战略中的引领作用。
