战略执行速度与绩效——环境动态性和组织资源的调节作用

摘要：

构建战略执行速度与绩效的关系模型,基于110家企业的调查数据实证分析战略执行速度对组织绩效的作用机理。研究结果表明:战略执行速度对组织绩效的影响方式取决于环境动态性和组织可用资源数量。环境变化快、可用资源充足的企业的战略执行速度对绩效有正向影响;环境变化慢、可用资源不足的企业的战略执行速度对绩效有负向影响。
