<正>脑卒中是一种异质性的疾病,包括脑缺血性事件(85%的患者主要继发于动脉阻塞)和脑出血(15%)。在缺血性脑卒中,20%是心源性栓塞,20%是颈动脉疾病,25%是腔隙性脑梗死,30%原因不明,5%是由于不寻常的原因。发病机制是与可改变的危险因素(如高血压、高胆固醇血症、吸烟、糖尿病、中度高同型半胱氨酸血症和超重)和不可改变的危险因素(年龄、性别和心血管疾病家族史)相关。但也有不常见
