摘要
从服务创新流程阶段划分视角出发,探讨了企业服务创新流程的核心阶段和重点工作,提出了企业成功进行服务创新的具体策略,并结合实际案例对这些策略进行了适度验证,以期为企业提升服务创新能力、增强竞争力提供一些借鉴。
