摘要：

<正> 目前认为在粥样硬化斑块出现前即有内皮细胞损伤,通透性增高,血浆中的脂蛋白大量浸润动脉壁。但在粥样硬化形成过程中特别是在早期,关于内皮细胞损伤的形态学变化仅有少数报告,有些问题还有待进一步阐明。
