<正> 缺血性卒中是世界范围内致残率、致死率最高的疾病之一。目前,临床上治疗急性缺血性卒中的方法很多,但是溶栓干预、尽快开通闭塞血管、恢复脑组织供血仍是急性期最直接、最有效的治疗方法。然而,自1996年美国FDA批准对急性缺血
