企业个体从社交媒体网络吸收异质性知识的过程机理:弱连接关系视角

摘要
[目的/意义]从弱连接关系视角探索企业内的个体从社交媒体网络中获取异质性知识的过程和机理,能提升个体异质性知识的获取效率。[方法/过程]界定了社交媒体的概念、特征及框架模型,阐述了异质性知识和弱连接关系理论;从弱连接关系视角构建了个体从社交媒体网络中吸收异质性知识的模型,并从分析社交媒体网络,确定弱连接关系、桥连接/结构洞,选择吸收异质性知识媒介和整合异质性知识四个阶段详细说明了模型的运行机理及实现过程。[结果/结论]案例分析表明,弱连接关系形成的桥连接/结构洞及其知识经纪人是个体从社交媒体网络获取异质性知识的主要媒介,本文构建的模型对提升个体获取异质性知识的效率具有重要的作用。
