摘要：

<正>引言美国当前的基础教育标准化运动始于1989年国家数学教师委员会编撰的著作《学校数学课程与评价标准》。在此之前,80年代中期已经出现了几项颇有影响的著述为基础教育标准化运动奏响了序曲。这些出版物包括:《国家在危急之中》,《我们需要的学校》,《文化脱盲》,《美国精神的闭锁》。所有这些著述都从不同的角度反映了这样一个问题:美国学校教育没有能够成功地实施学术性教育,其主要原因是缺乏统一的严格的核心课程。
