摘要
企业战略变化的实施不只是高层管理者的行为,更是企业所有人员的共同行为,是一种文化氛围。论文根据企业人力资源管理的内容,指出了不同的控制方式在企业人力资源管理中的差异,分析讨论了员工培训、物质激励和精神激励、结果控制和过程控制对企业战略变化幅度的影响。
