多巴胺受体与脑缺血的关系

摘要
中枢多巴胺受体在缺血性脑损伤的保护中起重要作用 ,不同的多巴胺受体激动剂或拮抗剂的神经保护作用不同。目前 ,对多巴胺D1、D2受体与脑缺血的关系研究较多。D1受体拮抗剂和D2受体激动剂被认为在缺血性脑损伤中有神经保护作用。但是 ,由于各个实验室的实验方法和条件不同 ,所得出的结论也不尽相同。而对多巴按D3、D4受体的研究则集中在它们与Parkinson病和精神病的关系上。
