摘要：

拥有浓厚军事背景的美国思想库新美国安全中心,以亚太地区为研究重点,高度关注中国的崛起,更新"全球公域"理论,鼓动美国应更新和强化美日同盟、美韩同盟,以此来应对中国,重构东北亚新安全秩序。新美国安全中心的鼓吹将加速美国围堵中国的步伐,扰乱亚太安全。
