智力资本与高科技企业绩效关系研究——环境的调节作用

摘要：

实证结果显示,智力资本对绩效的显著正向影响验证了高科技企业科技创造绩效的优势和特点。环境要素显著调节智力资本与高科技企业绩效的关系,环境适宜性反向调节人力资本、正向调节流程资本与企业绩效之间的关系,环境动态性反向调节流程资本与企业绩效之间的关系。在低适宜性环境中,加强人力资本管理和建设是企业应对和适应激烈竞争的外部环境、提高企业绩效的有效途径;在高动态环境下,高科技企业应加强自主创新和推动创新成果市场化、维持稳定的客户关系应对环境不确定性,提高企业绩效。
