摘要：

本文主要介绍了中国创业动态跟踪研究项目(CPSED)的设计与实施过程和该项目的初步调查结果,并探讨了CPSED对创业研究的学术价值,旨在促进我国创业研究从单纯解释国外理论观点向探索和解决中国创业问题的转变,并提升我国的创业研究和实践水平。
