环境不确定性、市场势力对银行绩效的影响

摘要：

引入勒纳指数(Lerner Index)对银行市场势力的衡量,通过构建不确定性在市场势力与绩效之间关系的调节效应模型,使用我国银行业2011—2013年的数据,实证研究了环境不确定性、市场势力和银行绩效之间的关系。检验结果表明:银行市场势力与绩效显著正相关,环境不确定性发挥了显著的负向调节作用。进一步研究发现:环境不确定性对非上市银行具有明显的负向调节作用,但对上市银行并不明显。因此,经济发展新常态下,建立有效的市场竞争机制和创造良好的经营环境是改善银行绩效的必要措施。
