摘要：

文章针对现有产业集群文献中对于集群治理问题关注不足的研究现状,从廓清集群治理的相关概念入手,探讨了集群治理的结构、机制与效率的特定内涵,重点就现有的集群研究中网络治理和价值链治理这两个主要分析工具展开讨论,指出拓展它们的研究对象与研究思路的必要性,并就建立一个整合的分析框架进行了初步展望。
