消化性溃疡的心理因素研究

摘要：

应用病例配对方法研究100例经胃镜确诊的消化性溃疡的心理因素,发现病人组艾森克个性问卷的神经质分,SCL-90症状评分,生活事件数目,生活事件紧张总值明显高于对照组,(P<0.005),社会支持评分明显低于对照组(P<0.01)。Logistic回归分析发现消化性溃疡的主要相关心理因素为神经质分,生活事件量表中的事件数目及SCL-90总痛苦水平。对心理因素与消化性溃疡的关系进行了讨论,指出心理因素在消化性溃疡的发生和发展过程中具有一定的作用,值得进一步研究和重视。
