企业突破性创新和破坏性创新的驱动因素研究——环境动态性和敌对性的视角

摘要
如何解释中国市场越来越普遍的突破性创新和破坏性创新?环境特征对其具有直接驱动作用吗?本文从制度环境和产业环境两个层次,聚焦于环境动态性和环境敌对性两个相对独立的维度,探讨其对企业突破性创新和破坏性创新的直接影响效应。基于204个企业样本数据发现:(1)技术动态性正向影响企业突破性创新和破坏性创新;(2)市场动态性正向影响破坏性创新,对突破性创新没有显著影响;(3)竞争敌对性对突破性创新和破坏性创新均具有正向影响;(4)政策敌对性正向影响破坏性创新,对突破性创新没有显著影响。研究结论为我国企业动荡环境下的资源分配和创新战略制定具有理论指导意义。
