摘要：

<正>在全球范围内,脑卒中的发生是增加国家病死率的三大疾病之一,根据发病原因,脑卒中又可分为缺血性脑卒中和出血性脑卒中[1]。缺血性脑卒中在中国占脑卒中患者总发病数量近70%,且呈持续上升趋势[2]。缺血性脑卒中发生原因可由血栓形成,脑血管闭塞后导致血液供应中断,能量衰竭、酸中毒、兴奋性氨基酸释放、细胞内钙超载、自由基生成,最终导致脑实质坏死、凋亡、自噬[3]。目前虽然已有美国食品与药物管理局批准的溶栓药物组织型纤溶酶原激活剂,
