摘要：

中国企业对外直接投资快速增长的现象引发了很多研究者的兴趣。本文对现有的有关中国企业对外直接投资的理论进行了回顾,并讨论了中国企业对外直接投资的动机、路径和政府的影响。本文还探寻了中国企业对外直接投资的理论基础,并指出了理论下一步发展的方向。
