摘要：

新的金融形势给我国金融业带来新的挑战,在国家严厉监管金融专业创新的时候,有序高效的金融服务创新,仍然是未来我国金融业在全球竞争中获取竞争的核心。与金融工具创新不同,金融服务创新呈现出模块化的特点,只有模块化才能大规模定制金融服务。本文把模块化理论应用于金融服务业,通过三个典型案例,提出并验证了组合式、总线式和共享式三类基于模块化架构的金融服务创新模式,以期为我国金融业服务创新提供思路。
