摘要：

<正>脑卒中是目前全世界致残和致死的主要疾病之一,给社会、家庭造成了巨大的负担。而其防治手段仍然有限,在预防、急性期治疗和康复等方面积极寻求新的有效的治疗策略具有重大社会和经济效益。他汀类药物,即3-羟基-3-甲基戊二酰辅酶A还原酶抑制剂,是自阿司匹林、抗高血压药物问世之后,在缺血性脑卒中预防上最重要的进展。大规模的临床试验和荟萃分析已经证实,应用他汀类药物降低血脂水平可以安全有效地降低脑卒中发生和复发的风险。因
