Similaritics and differences of current reforms of Professional Preperaration Of Physical Education in the U. S. A and Japan are pointed out through a comprehensive analysis and comparative study on current situation of the reforms and their backgrounds in this paper. Also, constructive suggests are Put forward here for the reform of professional preparation in physical education taking place in China.
