他汀类药物在脑卒中治疗中的地位

摘要：

脑卒中与他汀类药物的关系已经在近几年的流行病学研究中被确认,并逐渐引起临床医生的重视。有研究发现在脑卒中治疗中,早期或大剂量使用他汀类药物能显著获益,这除了他汀类药物有效的降脂效果外,其多效性效应起到了重要作用,对认清脑卒中和他汀类药物之间关系非常必要。尽管有报道称他汀类药物有可能会增加颅内出血风险,又或者存在肌病及转氨酶升高等不良反应,但他汀类药物还是安全的,且对于缺血性脑卒中患者而言,服用他汀类药物带来的获益更明显。现就近年有关脑卒中与他汀类药物之间的相关性研究进展做一综述。
