摘要：

创业企业与企业孵化器的互动能够促进两者间的知识转移,不断丰富企业孵化器的知识存量,帮助创业企业解决项目管理过程中存在的各种技术和管理难题。基于联合生产理论、资源依赖理论和网络结构理论,解析了创业企业与企业孵化器互动的必要性和重要性,构建了创业企业与孵化器互动下的项目导向型组织结构,并对该组织结构中的部门职责及内部运行机制进行了分析。
