摘要：

基于1997-2010年高技术产业省际数据,通过面板单位根检验、协整检验、面板VAR模型GMM估计、面板VAR方差分解,分析了高技术产业知识产权创造与高技术产业增长之间内在的依存和因果关系,并提出了提升两者间相互作用的对策建议。
