摘要：

本文针对现行风险管理框架体系、指引、标准存在的无法有效应对不可评估风险的问题,从企业能力角度重述了风险的内涵,构建了应对不可评估风险的弹性风险管理框架体系,创新性提出企业风险管理的实质是"守住底线"和"拓展空间",企业通过整合差异化管理活动——"创新性"活动和"效率性"活动,方能有效管理风险。本研究改变了风险管理的研究视角,从"由外而内"转变为"由内而外",研究重点从"损失控制"转变为"价值创造",研究理念从追求"稳定性"转变为追求"持续性",为解决既有风险管理理论面临的挑战提供了一个新的思路。
