<正>吞咽困难是卒中患者的常见问题。国外文献报道,22％-65％的住院卒中患者存在吞咽困难,大多数卒中患者的吞咽困难是暂时性的,在卒中发病后数周,约43％86％可恢复其正常的吞咽功能,吞咽困难的出现往往提示卒中预后不良。在存在吞咽困难的神志清楚的卒中患者中,约1／3在卒中发病后6个月内死亡,而不存在吞咽困难患者的死亡率不超过10％。近来,卒中患者的吞咽困难开始受到越来越多的关注,现将有关的文献综述分析如下。
