摘要
<正>分水岭梗死(watershed infarction,WSI)是脑内相邻动脉供血区之间的边缘带发生的脑梗死。WSI分为6型,以皮质前型、皮质后型、皮质下上型最为多见。皮质前、后型分水岭梗死合称为皮质型分水岭梗死(cortical watershed infarction,CWSI)。传统观念认为颈内动脉(internal carotid artery,ICA)或大脑中动脉(middle cerebral artery,MCA)狭窄或闭塞基础上发
