摘要：

创业意向是指将创业者的注意力、精力和行为引向某个特定目标的一种心理状态,它是创业行为的最好预测指标。个人背景、人格特质和外界环境等都会影响创业意向。计划行为理论和创业事件模型是公认的两个创业意向理论框架。目前将创业意向作为因变量是主流研究,而作为自变量和控制变量则是未来研究趋势。
