摘要：

促进学者转型为创业者是我国发展科技型中小企业、壮大高素质创新创业人才队伍的有效途径。但学者向创业者转型过程影响因素复杂,是学术创业(Academic Entrepreneurship)研究的一大难题。释意概念可用来理解学者向创业者转型的脉络,形成诠释并产生创业行动和承诺性诠释的历程。研究数据来自对天津四所大学的五位典型创业者的深度访谈。首先通过类别与主题分析提取每位创业者释意历程中各要素的内容、关系与出现顺序;然后提出七项新的研究命题,并采用领域与格式塔分析建立学者向创业者转型的释意主轴;最后指出本文重要的学术价值和实践价值。
