摘要：

有关国产化率保护的文献,大部分是在比较静态的厂商利润最大化分析框架中展开,探讨在不同市场结构、中间品与劳动之间是否替代或互补、是实物形式还是附加值形式等情形下,国产化率对一国产出、就业和租金分配的影响;部分文献在动态、博弈分析框架下考察国产化率对自主研发投资结构、跨国公司技术扩散方式选择、自主创新激励的影响和约束条件。构建可以对国产化率保护政策对东道国自主创新影响的各种渠道进行讨论的统一理论框架和使用跨行业数据研究国产化率保护政策的具体影响,是理论和实证研究可拓展的重要方向。
